KKA Refund Policy

At KKA Fresh we take great pride in delivering fresh, high-quality spices, oils, and natural food products. As our products are freshly milled and extracted, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order is confirmed. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will work with you to find a fair resolution in the following cases:

1.Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 2 days from the delivery date by emailing with the following details and the estimated refund time line is 14 working days:

All returned items as explained the Return Policy page are eligible for refund,

Missing Products

If any product is missing from your order, please notify us within 2 days from the delivery date by emailing us with:

The refund will credit within 14 days.

Spoiled Products

If you receive a spoiled product, please notify us within 2 days from the delivery date by emailing info@millerstores.com with:

  • Order number
  • Date of packaging/manufacturing (as printed on the pack)
  • Clear images or a video showing the spoilage
